Account & Data Deletion — FluentPro

How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your FluentPro account directly from within the app:
- Open FluentPro
- Go to the Profile tab
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm in the dialog by tapping Delete Permanently
Your account will be scheduled for deletion. After a 30-day grace period, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is permanently deleted, the following data is removed from our servers:
- Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- All learning progress (completed lessons, mastery scores)
- Spaced repetition (SRS) review data
- Bookmarked phrases
- Streak and daily activity history
- Learning goal settings
- Push notification tokens and preferences
What Is NOT Deleted
- Subscription billing — If you have an active Premium subscription, deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through Google Play Store or Apple App Store before deleting your account to avoid continued charges.
- Device preferences — Local settings like theme, haptic feedback, and notification preferences remain on your device and are not tied to your account.
- Anonymized analytics — Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for service improvement.
- Support tickets — May be retained for up to 2 years for quality assurance, with personal identifiers removed.
Grace Period
After you confirm deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time:
- Your data is no longer accessible in the app
- You can cancel the deletion by logging back in within 30 days — your account and all data will be fully restored
- After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible
Cancel a Pending Deletion
If you change your mind within the 30-day window:
- Open FluentPro and sign in with the same account
- Your pending deletion will be detected automatically
- Follow the prompt to reactivate your account
Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@pixelcrafts.app from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Account Deletion Request — FluentPro" in the subject line.
We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email once complete.
