- Usage data — in-app activity such as completed lessons, streaks, and preferences, used solely to personalise your experience.
- Device information — device type, OS version, and app version for crash diagnostics and compatibility.
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment partners (Razorpay / Cashfree). We never store card numbers or banking credentials.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver and personalise the features of our Apps.
- Sync your progress across devices (where supported).
- Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
- Diagnose crashes and improve performance.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with:
- Payment processors (Razorpay, Cashfree) — for subscription billing only.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Firebase) — anonymised, aggregated usage statistics.
- Legal obligations — if required by Indian law or a valid court order.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via the in-app "Delete Account" option or by emailing support@pixelcrafts.app. Deletion is processed within 30 days.

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.
