Pixel Crafts ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FluentPro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use FluentPro.

By using FluentPro, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you sign in with Google, X (Twitter), or email and password, we receive the account identifiers needed to create and maintain your profile (typically name, email address, and profile photo when provided by the identity provider).
  • Profile Information: Display name and professional role as entered in the App.
  • Support Tickets: Subject, message content, and category when you contact support through the App.
  • Legal Acceptance Records: Document type, version, and timestamp when you accept legal documents.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Learning Progress: Completed lessons, quiz scores, streak data, daily activity minutes, bookmarks, and spaced-repetition review history.
  • App Preferences: Theme, notification preferences, reminder time, and learning goals.
  • Device Information: Platform (iOS or Android) for push delivery and diagnostics.
  • Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens (FCM / APNs) when you enable notifications.
  • Crash Diagnostics: Anonymized crash and performance data via Firebase Crashlytics.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Precise geolocation.
  • Contacts, camera, microphone, or device files unrelated to the App.
  • Payment card numbers. Subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store; we receive entitlement status via RevenueCat.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide learning content, progress tracking, and personalization.
  • Sync progress and settings across your devices.
  • Deliver notifications you opt into (reminders, streak alerts, product updates).
  • Verify subscription entitlements.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Improve content and reliability using aggregated usage signals.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Local storage: Progress and preferences may be cached on-device for offline use.
  • Server storage: Account and sync data are stored on our cloud infrastructure (currently Fly.io application hosting and Neon PostgreSQL). Traffic uses HTTPS/TLS.
  • Authentication: Firebase Authentication handles sign-in. We do not store your third-party passwords.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with processors needed to run the App:

  • Firebase (Google) — authentication, crash reporting, push messaging.
  • RevenueCat — subscription status and purchase verification.
  • Apple / Google — payment processing for store subscriptions.
  • Hosting providers — infrastructure under our control (Fly.io, Neon, Cloudflare for edge assets where used).

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data Retention

  • Account and learning data: retained while your account is active.
  • After account deletion: permanently removed from our servers within 30 days (subject to a reactivation grace period described in the account deletion instructions).
  • Support tickets: retained up to 2 years after resolution for quality assurance.
  • Push tokens: removed on sign-out or device unregister.

6. Your Rights

You may access and update profile data in the App, control notification categories, delete your account in Profile, and request a data export by emailing support@pixelcrafts.app.

7. Children's Privacy

FluentPro is for professional adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the age required in your region). Contact us if you believe a child has provided data.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We apply appropriate safeguards consistent with this policy.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and notify you in the App. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
