Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FluentPro ("App") operated by Pixel Crafts ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract.

2. Description of Service

FluentPro is a professional English learning app for engineers and technical professionals. Features may include structured modules, phrases, quizzes, spaced-repetition review, progress tracking, bookmarks, offline cache, and push reminders. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with Google, X (Twitter), or email and password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Provide accurate profile information.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • FluentPro offers free content and optional premium access via subscription.
  • Prices and billing periods are shown in the App as provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (and RevenueCat). Prices may vary by region and can change; the store listing at purchase time is authoritative.
  • We do not collect or store payment card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the platform's rules (typically at least 24 hours before the end of the period).
  • Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings. Refunds follow Apple or Google policies and applicable law.
  • Deleting your FluentPro account does not cancel store billing — cancel the subscription separately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, circumvent paywalls, share accounts commercially, scrape content, or interfere with infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

App content, design, and branding are owned by Pixel Crafts or its licensors. We grant a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App for learning. You may not redistribute App content.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Learning outcomes are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Crafts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations. You may delete your account at any time in the App.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and notify you in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
