Pixel Crafts ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Stillnest mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

Information You Provide

  • Account Information — email, display name, and avatar when you create an account.
  • Authentication — if you sign in with Google (or other providers we enable), we receive a limited profile (name, email, photo URL) from the identity provider. We do not receive third-party passwords.
  • Goals and Preferences — meditation goals, notification preferences, and theme settings.
  • Journal and Mood — content you enter in the private journal and mood check-ins.
  • Support Requests — information you send to support.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data — session duration, minutes, streaks, activity records, feature use.
  • Device Information — device model, OS version, push tokens.
  • Diagnostics — crash reports (e.g. Firebase Crashlytics).

Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Precise geolocation.
  • Recording of meditation or breathing audio from your microphone.
  • Contacts, camera, or unrelated files.

How We Use Information

Provide and improve the App; sync progress across devices; send opted-in notifications; manage subscriptions via RevenueCat; respond to support; detect abuse and technical issues.

Storage and Security

Account and sync data are stored on secure servers (Fly.io / Neon PostgreSQL). Data in transit uses TLS. Local caches may use on-device encrypted storage. After account deletion, personal data is removed from our servers within 30 days (subject to the reactivation window described in account deletion instructions).

We do not sell your personal information.

Your Rights

Access, correct, export, or delete your data via the App or by emailing support@pixelcrafts.app. Disable push notifications in App or system settings. GDPR/CCPA rights (access, deletion, non-discrimination, etc.) apply where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Children's Privacy

Not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU/EEA where applicable). We delete data if we learn it was collected from a child.

Changes

We may update this policy and notify you in the App.
