Terms of Service

By using Stillnest ("App"), operated by Pixel Crafts, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Stillnest provides guided meditations, breathing exercises, ambient soundscapes, a timer, mood check-in, journal, and progress tracking. Some features require a paid subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA where required).

3. Accounts

Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions

• Free and premium tiers may be offered.
• Prices and periods are displayed in the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (via RevenueCat). Store pricing at purchase time is authoritative; amounts are not fixed in these Terms.
• Billing and refunds follow the platform (Apple / Google) rules.
• Auto-renewal continues until cancelled in store subscription settings.
• Deleting your Stillnest account does not cancel platform billing.

5. Health Disclaimer

Stillnest is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Seek professional care for health concerns.

6. Acceptable Use

No unlawful use, reverse engineering (except as allowed by law), disruption, bots, or circumvention of access limits.

7. Intellectual Property

Content and software are owned by Pixel Crafts or licensors. Personal, non-commercial use license only.

8. Account Deletion

Delete from App settings. Personal data is removed from our servers within 30 days after the grace period ends. Cancel store subscriptions separately.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

App is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Crafts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and notify you in the App.
