How to delete your account

1. Open Kidomi
2. Go to the Grown-ups tab (parent gate)
3. Choose Delete account (or equivalent account deletion control)
4. Confirm to schedule deletion

After a 30-day grace period, your account and associated child profiles and server-side progress are permanently removed.

What gets deleted

• Parent account identifiers (email / auth linkage we store)
• Child profiles (nicknames, avatars, age bands)
• Learning progress synced to our servers
• Support tickets linked to the account (as applicable)

What is NOT cancelled by account deletion

• Store subscriptions — cancel Google Play / App Store billing separately so you are not charged after deletion.

Grace period

During the 30-day window you may be able to reactivate by signing back in (if the app still offers reactivation). After 30 days, deletion is permanent.

Request by email

If you cannot open the app, email support@pixelcrafts.app from the parent account email with subject Account Deletion Request — Kidomi. We will process requests within 7 business days.
