Terms of Service — Kidomi

These terms apply when a parent or guardian creates an account and lets a child use Kidomi. By signing in, you agree to them.

1. Who Kidomi is for

Kidomi is a learning app for children aged 4–8, operated for the child by a parent or legal guardian. Adults create and manage accounts; children do not create their own accounts.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google (or other adult sign-in methods we enable). Keep your device and account secure. Parent-only areas are protected by a grown-ups gate (math challenge and/or optional PIN).

3. Subscriptions

Kidomi offers free lessons and optional premium access. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app as provided by Google Play or the Apple App Store (via RevenueCat). Store pricing at purchase time is authoritative — these Terms do not hard-code dollar amounts.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's policies and applicable law. Deleting the Kidomi account does not cancel store billing — cancel the subscription separately.

4. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer (except as allowed by law), or misuse the app or its content. Lessons, artwork, and characters are owned by Pixel Crafts or used under licence.

5. Your child's data

We collect the minimum needed to run the service (nickname, age band, avatar choice, learning progress). See the Privacy Policy for details, including how to delete the account.

6. Disclaimers

Kidomi is an educational entertainment product. Learning outcomes are not guaranteed. The app is provided "AS IS" to the extent permitted by law.

7. Ending the agreement

Delete your account anytime from Grown-ups → Delete account (30-day grace, then permanent). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app or on our website.
